Delivery

Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail to the all areas of the UK and will maintain the standard delivery status.

Delivery in the UK Mainland is displayed and added at the payment screen. Some larger items, however, delivered to the following areas below may incur an extra charge. If this is the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you.

Areas that may incur an additional charge

• UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
• Northern Ireland.
• Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
• Parts of Scotland.

In the instance that the product carries an additional charge to be delivered, a member of our customer services team will contact you before the item is dispatched.

Royal Mail Delivery

Most packages sent by Elles Belles Emporium will be too large to fit through a letterbox. Somebody may therefore need to be present at the delivery address to take the order. We offer free deliver on orders over £50

When delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to receive it, they will leave a card and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection.

If your package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to us. In this case, a missed-delivery fee of £4.50 may be charged.

Our Elles Belles Aroma are mostly letterbox friendly and will fit through your door. There is a standard First Class parcel charge of £4.50 due to the nature of the products and if the order is under £50.

Need your delivery in a hurry? We do offer next day if the order is placed Monday to Friday before 2pm at a cost of £8.95 regardless of order value.

Any promotion or discount codes will be taken off prior to postage being added.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we package and post your item to the delivery address collected during the checkout process. We cannot accept any liability for address mistakes. If you do notice a mistake, please email with your order number as the subject to customerservice@ellesbellesemporium.com

It can take up to 5 working days during peak times to fully package your order prior to dispatch.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been placed. Another to notify you that the order has been posted. We do offer next day delivery, please note this is only for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. (Bank holidays are not included as working days)

International Delivery

We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK.

Printed Clothing

We make these to order. Items that are personalised take 2 – 5 days to print. This is in addition to any postage time. We post items out via Royal Mail 1st Class so please allow at least 7 working days prior to contacting us regarding this type of order.
